We’re already integrated into the Shopify system and ready to get to work (please note, in most cases, Fulfyld will handle this integration for you – we provide turn-key white glove onboarding for all new customers).

  2. Select Products to be Fulfilled by Fulfyld – Navigate to your store’s Products Page and individually select the products you want Fulfyld to process. Under Inventory, you can specify which fulfillment you want to use if you’ve assigned more than one. Click Save to finalize your request.

  3. Notify Fulfyld – As soon as you’re ready to start shipping, simply reach out to your account manager, and they will assist to make sure your go-live with Fulfyld goes as smooth as possible.

We’ll need to get an idea of your current inventory and average number of orders, as well as some personal contact details so we can reach you with more information.

You can submit a request through our website and we’ll get back to you with a quote as soon as possible after we get an understanding of your current Shopify fulfillment process.

2. Prepare to Send Your Inventory – After we’ve settled the terms and conditions, all you have to do is prepare your inventory for shipping. Every piece of inventory will be moved to a pre-designated area in our warehouse, counted, and uploaded into your order management software. We will also send a confirmation email to notify you that we’ve received and processed your order.

4. Your Inventory is Sorted – Here at Fulfyld, we put a lot of effort into sorting and storing your inventory. We know that it represents the backbone of your industry and, therefore, handle everything with care. Any bulky or heavy items will be lifted using specialized equipment to prevent damage or injury. Then, we’ll tag each item and load them into our system for easy retrieval.

Whenever you receive an order through the Shopify store, we’ll then use the item codes to find and remove products from inventory before automatically updating your account information. This process takes less than a minute, helping to ensure our speedy fulfillment times.

5. Your Business Continues as Usual – As soon as we’ve finished processing, tagging, and storing your inventory, we’ll then intake orders and start shipping them out. Your business can go on as usual and we’ll keep you updated on analytics, reports, and any other important details. Your inventory will have its own dedicated area and your account manager will help answer any questions you may have.

The entire intake process takes around 48 hours to complete but, once we’ve completed inventorying your products, feel free to send us more. Anytime you want to restock products, we’ll be standing by to receive your shipments and will update you as soon as they’ve been moved into storage.
