Getting PackageBee Talking to Our Warehouse
Three steps, and most of the work happens in the first one, which is the point.
Map the Catalog
Before anything ships, we match your product records to ours, SKU by SKU. Bundles get their components identified and anything ambiguous is settled while it is still cheap to settle.
Receive the Inventory
Stock arrives at Madison, AL and our team counts it in against the mapping. A unit that does not match a record gets flagged at the dock, not discovered by a customer.
Run Live
Orders flow through, get picked and packed, and tracking is written back against each one. Quantities update as we pick, so what your channels show is what is on the shelf.
What Fulfyld Does With PackageBee Orders
Every SKU Matched Up Front
Mapping is done before go-live, not patched afterwards, so orders do not stall on an unrecognized product code in week two.
Tracking Written Back
Each shipment posts its tracking number to the order it belongs to, so nobody chases a carrier reference by hand or answers a where-is-it email blind.
Same-Day Before 1:00 PM Central
Anything that reaches us before 1:00 PM Central ships that afternoon. Later orders go out the following business morning.
One Warehouse, One Number
Your stock sits in a single building in Madison, Alabama, so there is no split-inventory routing logic to get wrong and no second count to reconcile.
Carrier Chosen Per Order
Every parcel is rated across USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and regional carriers, or moved on the account you have already negotiated.
Nothing Billed for Connecting
No integration fee, no setup fee, no account-management fee, and no minimum contract behind any of it.
Why PackageBee Users Pick Fulfyld
An integration is only as good as the warehouse on the far end of it. These are the parts of ours that show up in your data.
- 99.9% pick accuracy and 99.2% on-time delivery on mapped ship methods.
- Kitting and bundles assembled from component SKUs, so a bundle code resolves to real parts.
- Lot and expiration data captured at receiving, with FEFO picking and recall traceability.
- Free standard packaging materials rather than a surprise line on the invoice.
- A named account manager plus 24/7 human support when an order needs a human decision.
The warehouse runs on Shipedge and sits in Madison, Alabama.
Where Integrations Leak Orders
The connection almost never fails outright. It fails one order at a time, and here is how.
A product code that means two things
One SKU in the cart, a slightly different one on the warehouse record, and orders quietly fail to import. Matching the catalog before the first order runs is the only reliable fix.
Bundles that resolve to nothing
A bundle code the warehouse does not recognize either ships wrong or does not ship at all. We build bundles from real component SKUs, tracked individually, so the code always resolves.
Counts drifting between systems
Sync intervals mean the number on your channel is always a little behind the shelf. Keeping one pool in one building, counted on a set schedule, keeps that gap small enough to be harmless.
Exceptions with no owner
Bad addresses, oversized items, and orders held for review sit in a queue until someone notices. Yours reach a named account manager who already knows your catalog.
What Else Comes With the Connection
One map, several sources
When PackageBee feeds us from more than one storefront, all of them resolve to the same items and the same pool of stock. That is the whole point of doing the mapping properly.
Read moreAmazon identifiers are their own problem
ASINs, FNSKUs and your internal codes rarely line up on their own. FBA prep and Seller Fulfilled Prime run here, so that reconciliation happens once, in one place.
Read moreA bundle needs a code of its own
A kit that exists only as a rule in your store cannot be picked. We build the bundle physically and give it an identifier, which removes an entire class of mapping problem.

Subscription shipments run on the same map as everything else, which is what stops a monthly batch from becoming a monthly exception.
