Ship same-day by 1PM without lifting a finger
Here’s the path every order takes once your store is connected. No CSV uploads, no copying tracking numbers by hand.
Sell on WooCommerce, we handle the rest
The order goes to Fulfyld automatically over API and lands in Shipedge, the warehouse management system our team runs on.
Set your shipping rules once, not every order
Shipedge reads the shipping method your customer chose and maps it to the carrier service set up for your account. Each SKU is matched to the product on our shelves.
Catch wrong items before they reach the box
Our pick and pack process scans every item and checks it against the order before it goes to packing. A wrong SKU, variant or quantity is flagged and held. Once the order is packed, Shipedge prints the label for the carrier service mapped to it.
Beat the 1PM cutoff and ship the same day
Orders in by 1PM Central ship the same business day, direct with USPS, UPS or FedEx, collected from our dock in Madison, Alabama. No consolidators.
Stop copying tracking numbers by hand
The tracking number is pushed back to the WooCommerce order automatically, so nobody on your team has to copy it over.
Keep stock counts right on every channel
Every pick, restocked return, received shipment and cycle count updates your available inventory. The new count reaches WooCommerce, and every other connected channel, within minutes.
Stop overselling with stock synced in minutes
The shipping and order fulfillment integration for your WooCommerce store is a two-way, near real-time sync: orders come in, and tracking and stock go back out.
| Data | Direction | When |
|---|---|---|
| New orders | WooCommerce → Fulfyld | Automatically, no manual import |
| Shipping method | WooCommerce → Fulfyld | Mapped to a carrier service at onboarding |
| Tracking numbers | Fulfyld → WooCommerce | Automatically, once the order ships |
| Available inventory | Fulfyld → WooCommerce | Within minutes of any stock change |
| Restocked returns | Fulfyld → WooCommerce | Added back to available stock after inspection |
| Product SKUs | You → Fulfyld | Loaded from your SKU template at onboarding; add new SKUs in the dashboard anytime |
One inventory pool feeds every channel. Sell on Amazon, Walmart or Shopify too, and a sale on any of them lowers the count sent to all of them, WooCommerce included.
Go live in under 7 days, no code needed
Six steps from our onboarding checklist. Migrating to Fulfyld takes less than 7 days.
Fill in one SKU and shipping sheet
You get an SKU and shipping method Excel template to fill in with your products and the shipping method names from your store. We load the SKUs and map each method to a carrier service.
Connect your store, then prove it with a test order
Link WooCommerce with the click of a button, or have your account manager connect it for you. A one-unit test order then confirms the integration flows as it should.
Put your logo on every packing slip
Standard boxes, poly and bubble mailers, tape and void fill are included. Add your black-and-white logo to the packing slip, or send us your own custom packaging.
Master the dashboard in one 45-minute call
A 45-minute Zoom demo teaches you how to use the Shipedge dashboard.
Ship in stock with 2 free receiving hours
Submit a replenishment in Shipedge before your stock ships. Your first receipt includes 2 hours of free receiving.
Pick a go-live day, Tuesday to Friday
Go-lives run Tuesday to Friday. From then on, orders in by 1PM CT ship the same business day.
Make your 3PL prove these 6 things before you sign
Any top WooCommerce integration for fulfillment gets these six right. Here’s what each one means, and how Fulfyld handles it.
Skip the CSV uploads and connect by API
There are three ways to connect. The REST API is the most direct: you create API keys under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API, often paired with webhooks that flag new orders instantly. A plugin or middleware connector adds one more piece to keep updated. CSV uploads only work at very low volume.
Fulfyld’s WooCommerce integration syncs through the API into Shipedge, our warehouse system. Held orders can be reviewed and released in the client portal, and CSV bulk upload is there as a backup.
Know why the API comes before MCP
An API is how two systems swap data: WooCommerce sends an order, the 3PL sends back tracking. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a newer open standard for connecting AI tools to business software, and MCP servers are usually built on top of an existing API. Whatever you connect later, the 3PL’s API is the foundation.
Fulfyld’s WooCommerce connection runs on API. For a custom-built store or a platform without a ready-made connection, Fulfyld provides documentation for its open API.
Demand two-way, real-time sync or risk overselling
One-way sync only sends orders out. Two-way sync also sends tracking, order status and stock counts back within minutes, not in a nightly batch, which is what stops overselling. A 3PL should pick up an order once it’s paid, which WooCommerce marks as Processing.
Fulfyld updates your WooCommerce stock within minutes of every pick, restocked return or received shipment, and pushes tracking to the order automatically.
Check HPOS support before it costs you orders
HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) keeps WooCommerce orders in their own tables for faster lookups. It’s been the default for new stores since WooCommerce 8.2. WooCommerce’s developer guidance says code that uses its own order functions supports both storage types, while reading the old posts tables directly can return outdated orders.
Fulfyld’s WooCommerce connection syncs orders, tracking and stock through the API integration.
Map bundles and gift notes before your first order
A bundle sold as one WooCommerce product has one SKU, but the warehouse picks every piece. A gift message sits in its own order field. A good integration maps the bundle to its component SKUs and the note to the packing slip.
Fulfyld maps bundles to their component SKUs, so each item is picked and counted on its own. Kits can also be pre-assembled and stored as one SKU.
Make sure returns flow back, not just orders out
Each return should tie back to its original order, so your WooCommerce refund and your stock count match.
Fulfyld receives, inspects and restocks returns, and the new count reaches WooCommerce within minutes.
Know every fee before you sign, no surprises
Fulfyld folds the shipping label and postage, pick & pack with 5 free picks, and standard packaging into one flat per-order rate, and lists every other fee up front. No hidden fees.
| Fee | Rate |
|---|---|
| WooCommerce integration | $0, unlimited stores |
| Flat per-order rate | Covers postage and label, pick & pack of the first 5 items, and standard packaging |
| Extra picks | $0.50 per item after the first 5 |
| Receiving | $40/hour; 2 hours free on your first receipt |
| Storage (501–1,000 orders/mo) | Small bin $2.20, regular bin $3.50, X-large bin $5.25, pallet $28.00 per month; cheaper as volume grows |
| Returns processing | $3.50 first item, $0.50 each additional |
| Account management | $0, dedicated account manager included |
Example: at 501–1,000 orders a month, a 4–12 oz order with standard shipping (2–5 days) averages $7.74+, postage included. Every volume tier is listed on our 3PL fulfillment pricing page, and your exact rate comes back in one business day.
Scale from 500 to 5,000+ orders a month
Three things decide whether a 3PL fits: how many orders you ship a month, where your customers are, and what you sell.
Pay less for storage as you grow
Fulfyld is built for D2C brands shipping 500 to 5,000+ orders a month, and storage rates drop at higher volume tiers.
Ship from one hub with zero hand-offs
One warehouse, zero hand-offs, shipping direct with USPS, UPS and FedEx. No consolidators.
Promise 2-day delivery right at checkout
With our 2-day fulfillment, we let you know which customer addresses we can deliver to within two days while they’re checking out on WooCommerce. If enabled, those customers can pick the 2-Day option at checkout.
Sell beyond the US from the same stock
International shipping is available. At 501–1,000 orders a month, a 4–12 oz international order shows an average cost of $10.27+.
Ship fragile, heavy and kitted products too
Our fragile goods fulfillment designs packaging around each item, with foam and bubble wrap. With big & bulky fulfillment, heavy goods are moved with forklifts and pallet jacks, and palletized shipments are strapped and labeled. Kits are assembled before storage or bundled at pick time.
