TERMS OF SERVICE UPDATE (09/22/2021)

All of our contracts are subject to our current terms of service which is available here on our website.

Some aspects we’d like to highlight from this update on September 22, 2021 are listed below.

• Pick Fees: 5 picks are included on every order. If an order requires more than 5 picks, there will be a $0.25 fee for each additional unit.

• Our $250 minimum: Your shipping charges and storage charges should total to at least $250 monthly. If that number is not reached, you will be charged the difference.
  • For example, Client A’s fulfillment charges add up to $50 this month. Their storage charge for the month is $10.00. This will be a total of $60.00 for the month. Since the $250 minimum has not been met, this will result in a $190.00 fee. This number is the difference between your $60.00 total and our $250 minimum.
