How to Apply Alternative SKU’s to an Order or Backorder

  1. Click on the 3 dot icon next to the order you want to Apply Alternatives to.
  • Click Apply Alternatives.
  • Confirm you want to apply alternatives to the order. Once confirmed, the order should now move from Backorder to Pending.
