From the Orders tab click on the shipping number of the order you wish to edit. This will take you to the order page.
Click Edit Order located under the Returns tab.
From this screen, you can edit any of the following items by clicking on the field:
Ship to Address
Billing Address
Order/Reference Numbers
Add/Remove product and product quantities
Shipping Method
Attach any documents
If any information is incomplete or missing, it will turn red, as seen in the screenshot below. You will not finish the order until these fields have been updated.
Once finished with desired edits, click Save Order to finalize the changes.
