How to Generate a Return Label 

1. Log into your account. 

2. In the Orders tab, locate the order number you want to generate a return label for. 

3. To open the order, click on the corresponding ship ID.  

• This is a hyperlink to the left of the order # 

4. Once the order is open, click Initiate Return in the top left corner. 

5. Next, choose if the product is “good” or “hurt”.  

• If you don’t know, click “hurt” and my team will review it and place it back into inventory is the product is unopened. 

6. Check the box on the left. 

7. Click Continue at the bottom left. 

8. Check the box that states GENERATE PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL (Shown by the red arrow in the Figure below).

9. Then click Simple Return, as shown below

10. Next, you will click on the hyperlink “Download Return Label Prepared” to download the prepaid return label  

11. Download and save your return label!
